Consultation, Session and Program Rates
For consultations:
For retreats, together we look into the nature of the retreat that will best support your current needs, paying more attention to what the journey is asking of you. Between this and your budget, we will come up with a package that is optimal and customized for your needs. Preparation for these retreats is important so often 1-3 sessions minimum, are done in advance. In addition to renting the space (room, camping, cabin), sessions during the retreat will run between $50 and $150 per day depending on the time and type. If you want messages, reiki, prepared meals, or intensive care for your retreat, additional charges may also apply.
For ongoing sessions, I negotiate with the worker in terms of frequency and cost. My full price for sessions is $75 for 90 minutes. I offer individual sessions in person or by phone.
For Wilderness Passages, there are preparatory sessions and closing sessions. You may choose to do an Earthways Lodge in conjuction with the Wilderness Passage. Cost for camping equipment, quest site, and support during your quest will run $35-50 per day. Prep and closing session fees are at reduced session rates, depending on the amount of time. Since I want to encourage people to put themselves fully into the preparation, I usually offer discounts for extra time spent in preparation.
Earthways lodges are held here 4 times a year open to the public, and for these I ask for a donation only.
I also do lodges for your group or family. For these lodges I request a minimum of $200, which also includes a meal at the end of the lodge. This covers a day of preparation in advance as well as the lodge itself. It is good to have at least 5 people and the lodge will hold 15. The fee divided between your group of 5 will cost $40 per person and when possible additional members will increase my fee. Special requests are always considered. As a minister my goal is to provide these services where ever there is a need.
Waking Dream River Walks run from $45 - 90 depending on whether you require a basic 101 Natural Communion Class and if you want a session to explore your experiences with me. The final session can be very useful in integrating your experience and I may be sensitive to messages that you miss.
The Rappahannock River Quest costs approximately $30 dollars for the Sit-on-top Kayak and $45-60 for the all day program. If your group is interested, this program can be done over two days with a camp out on an island in the river and additional rich experiences in nature. I would need a minumum of $600 for this two day adventure, a steal for 10 people at $60 plus $60 for the Kayak for two days. Cost includes Dinner and Breakfast at campsite, and tents. Bring snacks and two lunches.
Classes and groups usually run $25 for a two hour class and $75 for an all day program
