Through the use of Core-Energetics and Breathwork, Natural Communion and Meditation/Prayer we seek to charge, expand and heal our energy fields, thus expanding our own sensitivity, connectivity and presence of being.
Core Energetics is a therapy that works with the energy fields and the energy blocks and leaks in the body. These preclude our expansion. These are understood to be connected to our early childhood experiences and the subsequent defensive use of our energy system and muscular armoring in a way that seems protective, but is contractive and creates more pain on all levels, physical tension, emotional tension, mental conflict and confusion. By working into and through these energy contractions, we open to a more fulfiling naturally expanded state with breakthroughs into even larger states of transpersonal and unitive experiences.
Breathwork is also a way of charging the energy system and altering our state of consciousness. The process is like a contemporary shamanic journey using music and breath to take us to altered states of consciousness. Emotions sometimes spontaneously flow from our beings without any story. Lights, colors, vibrations sweep over or through us, we have visions or dream like episodes. The end result is deeper breathing, deeper peace, less stress, more aliveness in the body, and sometimes a revelation or a blessing just for you at that time.
Natural Communion Workshops are designed to open us into the state that Eckhart Tolle speaks of. It supports the realization of being and the practice of Presence that helps us begin to shift into next evolutionary state of consciousness.
